…=arai,smaug This splits ReadableByteStreamControllerCommitPullIntoDescriptor from ReadableByteStreamControllerProcessPullIntoDescriptorsUsingQueue so that close/chunk steps will run only after processing all descriptors, thus preventing user JS from potentially modifying anything during the process.
