referencing the RDF 1.1 manifests as well.
Specs can now be updated to reference, e.g., https://w3c.github.io/rdf-tests/rdf12/rdf-n-triples/, which will include all related RDF 1.2 manifests as well as the original RDF 1.1 manifest.
