Updated the state to move imagemounter to a venv and update the required packages.
Many of the required packages are now available in the Jammy and Noble apt repos, where in Focal it was necessary to add the SIFT and/or GIFT repos. This PR removes the addition of those repos as requirements as well.
In addition, some of the packages have new names in Jammy and Noble, so the states names and contents have been updated to reflect those.
