nexus-maven-plugins 1.6.7

Adds a nexus-staging:rc-open goal which opens a new staging repository for a given staging profile.

nexus-maven-plugins-1.6.5

This release is mostly about console logging of the plugin ("normal" INFO and DEBUG, for easier debugging), for better support of CI's that are capturing the stdout of the plugin execution. Also improvements are made for better logging of error cases like timeouts (on staging).
