build: create release with cargo-dist

Takes idea from #823 and builds on it. This PR should just show how far we are able to replace our current packaging pipeline.

Relevant issues

• musl support (prefer musl for linux?) axodotdev/cargo-dist#75
• cross-compilation support axodotdev/cargo-dist#74
• Build binaries with cargo auditable axodotdev/cargo-dist#81

Still missing

• setup compilers/settings for
  • armv7-unknown-linux-gnueabihf
  • i686-unknown-linux-gnu
• cargo-auditable setting
• check if config directory gets included
• use 'release' feature for building
• use mount feature for specific platforms (to be implemented, Configure features per target platform axodotdev/cargo-dist#772)
• probably building without 'self-update' command, we have external update via cargo dist script
  • maybe a good way to get rid of self-update in general and externalize
• attach documentation as pdf via https://opensource.axo.dev/cargo-dist/book/reference/config.html#extra-artifacts
