ubuntu-latestis currently rolling to Ubuntu 24.04 (actions/runner-images#10636). This breakssetup-ocaml@v2because of a missing dependency (ocaml/setup-ocaml#872), which, in turn, breaks ourocamlformatworkflow (#3425).Upgrading to
