fix #471

Make YAML content distinguishable from non-YAML by adding the colon : at the end of the block Nuemark tag.

This allows using lone unordered lists in Nuemark tags, and makes it unambiguous, if the content is a yaml list or a markdown list.
See the following Markdown document as example:

# markdown

[.class]
  - ul
  - items

[myblock]
  - ul
  - items

# yaml

[yamlblock]:
  - yaml
  - items

to be done:

  • syntax to distinguish YAML from MD
  • use syntax in tests and docs
  • add information about this to docs
