ci(test): add codecov support

This pull request includes several changes to the .github/workflows/test.yml file to enhance the workflow configuration and improve the coverage reporting process. The most important changes include adding the workflow file to the paths filter, setting the fetch depth for the checkout action, updating the coverage summary name, and adding a step to upload coverage results to Codecov.

✨ Description of new changes

Enhancements to workflow configuration:

• Added .github/workflows/test.yml to the paths filter to ensure the workflow runs when this file changes. (.github/workflows/test.yml) [1] [2] [3]
• Set the fetch-depth to 0 for the checkout action to fetch all history for all branches and tags. (.github/workflows/test.yml)

Improvements to coverage reporting:

• Updated the coverage summary job name from "🧪 Coverage Summary" to "📔 Coverage Summary". (.github/workflows/test.yml)
• Added a step to upload coverage results to Codecov, using the codecov/codecov-action with the necessary token and file parameters. (.github/workflows/test.yml)
