Cleanup Long Tasks API pages

Description

This PR updates the MDN pages for the Long Tasks API. The overview page is redirected to the main interface page as per our plan to present all Performance APIs in a single group.

Additional details

I made some improvements to the reference pages but I really struggled to come up with practical code examples here. While playing with this API, I didn't get much information out of the two objects the API returns. I guess we need to investigate more (also for including it properly in the guide). So this PR just does some cleaning for the moment.
