For new records no checkbox should be rendered.

Additionally sometimes when you add more records (fast) it happens that one field stays "on edit" and will be never saved.

Are you sure? This might make sense for a delete option, but there could also be other actions with selected rows that might also make sense to new rows. Should at least be configurable IMO.
