Just saw the other pull request tackling the same issue.. Unfortunately, your solution of using "Unlock Ruler" produces some wonky results as you scroll. See screenshot: |

As title implies, horizontal ruler is now stuck to top by applying fixed positioning via CSS..
Much more usable for my needs.
