Instead of registering to the root phaser, we need to register to the current phaser. Otherwise we may reach the limit of 65535 for large joins. Note that in ControlledWorkerJoin and ControlledWorkerLeftJoin this was done correctly.

- Added tests to check to which degree parsing a Turtle file with unconventional prefixes and serializing it back again results preserves format

…r exception - Previously between getting the query response and rendering it to the desired output an exception could occur (e.g. due to unsupported result format) which would leave the result un-closed. This in turn would sometimes trigger an exception on closing the associated repo connection.
