Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

@priyanshikhetwani, as @Prajyot-Parab mentioned it would be better to update the docs with 1.30 image details in this PR. As per the other PR, the changes version change in CI related files for v1.30 needs to be created against release-0.9 branch.
