Adapted so you're able to run it from the commandline. (This is not an Eclipse plugin anymore, if you want the plugin, goto https://github.com/essiembre/eclipse-rbe)
To run: java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar rbe-formatter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
E.g: java -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -jar rbe-formatter-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar print_nl_BE.properties
