Button "run jon" for admin users at View

I've added a "run jon" button for admin users at View. This might facilitate the job dispatch

Looking at the changed files it looks like the change is mostly around formatting; caused probably by different editor settings?
Would you mind submitting this pull request with only the changes necessary to get the functionality you need in place?
