Operators:

  • Lower asymptotic complexity at the outset
  • Add TP single axis derivative operator

arraycontext:

  • Remove TP-specific actx classes
  • Update where TP actx classes were being used so that they aren't used anymore
  • Add TP stride info to PytatoPyOpenCLArrayContext and PyOpenClArrayContext
