2020 Working Build with Visual Studio !

Made a Visual studio project file

  • Removed Code blocks files
  • The project can be compiled with SFML 2.4.2 (2.5 is not compatible with SFGUI 0.3.2)
  • The project can be compiled with Thor and SFGUI 0.3.2 (both included)

To review and fix later

commit 53cb6fc, this piece of code breaks the game on launch.
