Update trillville/update-branding for AI features branding

This is a PR against the branch trillville/update-branding and the associated PR #12924

It creates a top-level page for each AI feature: Autofix and Issue Summary. Additionally, it creates a page for Seer including an explanation how data is used.

Note: screenshots and/or labels may need to be updated once the product is updated
