Add exchanges Dusseldorf & Hamburg; shift Frankfurt early close

Add exchanges Dusseldorf & Hamburg. Their schedules appear identical, but I'm basing off tradinghours.com because English resources not as good as for Frankfurt. But the later close supported by Yahoo Finance (1T5.DU)

Then I shifted Frankfurt's December early close, because CBOE thinks its 2pm. https://www.cboe.com/about/hours/european-equities I couldn't find any other confirmation of what early close should be.

Any German-speakers can cross-check?

Chiming in here because I stumbled upon this change and wondered myself if XFRA really had a different early close time 12:30 as opposed to 14:00 for XETRA.

I had some issue finding anything more recent, but typically the exchange would issue an announcement somewhen during the year to confirm how the last trading day of the year would be handled. Technically, it's not a fixed rule that the last trading day is an early close day, but that's how it's been handled in the past.

It states the following:

• XFRA: Securities in the continuopus trading model start post trading at 14:00 which is a change to the regular schedule. Post trading ends at 15:00. Securities in single auction model have their auction at 11:00 (regular time) but post trading end 15:00 which is earlier than usual.
• XETR: CLosing auction starts earlier at 14:00 (but ends after 14:05), post trading ends at 15:00

To sum up, I think it's correct to adjust the regular early close time for XFRA to 14:00, although a single time cannot do all the market models justice.
