fixed fragments, export paths for dpv and dpv-gdpr

Thanks to @bert-github for raising the issues.

The export paths are now separate for dpv and dpv-gdpr so they can be
exported to the docs folder without dpv-gdpr overwriting dpv with its
index.html.
