Hi,

I wrote this PR to move sharpfilesytem to netstandard2.0 which allows support for

  • .net framework 4.6 and onward
  • net core 2.0 and onward

travis build failed because of csproj format have changed since .net core

Would you consider publishing this as a separate NuGet package?

I forked it to sharpfilesystem
and pushed it as nuget SharpCoreFileSystem

API should be the same
