Tablet/Mobile view in block editor disappears in WP 6.6

Please give us a description of what happened

When you switch between desktop, mobile and tablet view, the default WordPress content editor should be consistent

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Update to WordPress 6.6
2. Install Yoast SEO 23.0
3. Create a new post

Expected results

1. Switching from desktop to mobile or tablet, the block editor should still be present but the resized accordingly

Actual results

1. The block editor disappears in tablet and mobile view

Closing this issue as an issue has already been created at the Gutenberg repository, and this issue occurs on all metabox that has large content below the block editor.

Hi. Same issue on WP 6.6.1 but no Yoast SEO plugin. Solved only by installing Gutenberg plugin.
