This should (?) fix a bug where uploading a notebook will not work properly due to the a stale cache entry.

@thetorpedodog The issue we had will notebook uploads seems to be fixed by https://github.com/TileDB-Inc/TileDB-Cloud-REST/pull/2453 Do we need this PR anymore? If yes please remove the debugging prints |
