This PR adds
"week"
as an optional unit for thefloor_date()
function, per Issue #11.As I explained in the issue,
lubridate
supports "week" as a unit and defaults to using Sunday as the start of the week. This PR also uses Sunday as the start of the week, and I note such in the docstrings forfloor_date
I could foresee in the future a request to support overriding this as one can do in
lubridate
(see docs here), but I think this is a good first step in enabling this unit now!
