removed using householder as initial guess in jacobi diagonalization.

householder does impvoe the proccess, begase start for a tridiagonal matrix.
but has the bad behavior that changes the order of the eigen values, and this bad mass incorrect inertia matrix  for some irrgular shaped collsions..
