## Breaking changes

- Unknown thermodynamics variables are automatically splined in the perturbations system (see `CosmologyProblem(...; spline = [...])`).
- Line-of-sight integral is split into two terms (see `los_integrate()`:
  $\int dt S(k,t) j_l(k(t_0-t)) = \int dt S_0(k,t) j_l(k(t_0-t)) + \int dt S_1(k,t) j_l\prime(k(t_0-t))$
- Initial scale factor is set like any other unknown variable (e.g. `pars = Dict(M.g.a => 1e-8)`)
