Implement all things Bike, including inventory, registration, and ideally checking bike's against the stolen bike database API to flag bike's that were reported as stolen. Release the MVP to the open source community, including final documentation on contributing to the code, deploying for one's own business, and changing visuals and branding to reflect one's own marketing.
