xwinter is a simple program which creates snowing animated background. DISCLAIMER: this only works with tiling window managers (i3 and dwm tested) (PRs are welcome)
Requires X11 i.e. Xorg.
Building is fairly simple process by just running a command "make" and then you should have the binary.
