Create setting window

This is probably associated with my laziness...
I haven't created any setting window. However, that doesn't mean you can't change the original setting. You can change the font color, Tesseract options, and HSV filter for upperbound and lowerbound values.

All you need to do is to open the file Setting.json from your user directory (e.g., C:\Users{Your name}\Setting.json if you are a window user).

I will add the window and close this issue as soon as possible.
