Externally-linkable FAQ topics

It would be useful to link to a specific FAQ topic from outside the site.

Currently navigating to a FAQ link (for e.g. https://zelda64.dev/games/oot#pc-port) will not bring you to the "PC Port" section of the FAQ.

I think this is because the FAQ is generated from the MD on page load, so it doesn't "exist" at the very beginning. Maybe some kind of script is needed in the component to check for these links and scroll to the section after the MD is loaded in?
