Investigate/change rendering of multiple footnotes with the same target

I fixed #36 because there were many footnotes with the same text, for example 6-11 in the following screenshot:

After merging them, this lead to the following rendering of footnotes, for example 1:2

I could imagine that this distracts a reader. So my idea is to change the rendering of the footnotes in the text that the :x part is not visible/removed (means only the footnote number is displayed without and : and counter).

If I'm not wrong, this plugin is used. If it is no big deal, it would be nice to adjust it.
