Slow/lagging when using a feed from an RSS bridge

Fluent Reader's UI is sluggish/lagging whenever there's a feed added via an RSS Bridge https://rss-bridge.github.io/rss-bridge/General/Public_Hosts.html

I think this is caused by the image previews in the articles list, as they're not resized so you get full resolution thumbnails slowing down everything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a feed from the RSS Bridge provided (Atom)
2. Navigate around in Fluent Reader

Expected behavior
UI should be responsive.

Platform (please complete the following information):

• OS: Arch Linux 6.12.4

Additional context
Other software have no issues using the same feed
