Bulk change default target for articles and/or other options #693

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Most of the time when I view a news, it only shows a short summary or the very starter portion of the paper. Every time, I have to manually click on view full content to see the entire news. This is very frustrating, but I could change the Default target for articles in the settings. However, I have a lot of sources, and changing it for every single one would take too long.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to be able to select multiple/select all sources and see the option to bulk change the default target for articles.
