Can this project move to other platforms like vercel?

Of course you can migrate to any other platform alike, as long as they provide a Python environment, enough CPU & memory resources, adequate outbound bandwidth and support long-running applications.

I'm afraid this project cannot be hosted on Vercel since it only supports static websites and functional services, but you can surely try other services like Fly, they also provide a tool to migrate from Heroku, but I haven't tried it yet.

I'm planning to do some research on other platforms these days and may release a documentation or update later.

As far as I know, Telegram will check the validity of webhook URL by examining the DNS record, so make sure the fly.dev is working before setting up webhook.

I have also migrated to fly.io and it seems to be working fine, will release a tutorial when I have time.

PS. It would be better to paste the whole stacktrace of the error so I can understand where the error was originated.

DNS record for fly.dev is correct and the webhook endpoint could be accessed through https request in browser and cURL.

Any variables migrated directly from Heroku would function well but those set by CLI could cause errors.

I suspect that these env vars are different from normal fly secrets as the migrated Heroku app may be set in a special Heroku VM.
