Industrial Low Tier Buildings can be attacked

I am playing a coop game with some friends and we are using Industrial Low Tier Productions, and we found out the hard way, that ships can shoot and destroy the production buildings (at least Schnapps distilleries, Sausage Factories, and one more I can't remember right now).

They are probably marked Attackable somehow? (I don't mod buildings myself, so I'm not certain if the Attackable Attribute is required always, or if it is the cause for this issue.
