Keybinding Set for Gmail

I spent some time putting together a set of keybindings that mostly matches Gmail, with some exceptions that I don't know how to implement in Thunderbird, or a comparable command or keybinding does not exist in Thunderbird, or the default shortcut for the command in Thunderbird already matches Gmail. I've listed them to match Gmail's keyboard shortcuts list.
