Provide references / links to the What to Translate groups

I love the "What to Translate section in Astro D² but there the one thing about it which bothers me: There are no quick links or examples which tell me what pages are really meant by the grouping.

What I mean is, looking at the general picture you cannot tell immediately what section references to what pages in the real docs:

I think the Astro v5 Docs refactoring is a great opportunity to refactore this section too. So it's probably best to wait a few weeks and then we can maybe add some example pages for each group or provide links to the Translation tracker.

It would be really cool if the Translation tracker supports filtering the files (like only show specific content collections on the whole page by specifying in the URL, but thats kinda a different issue... Gonna ask @yanthomasdev if I can maybe contribute there a little bit (if the philosophy of Lunaria matches this idea)
