System Informer constantly makes services.exe use cpu. #2390

Brief description of your issue

When i look in task manager i see that services.exe constantly uses 4% of cpu.

It uses 0% with System Informer closed.

dmex answered it already last year:

Change the setting EnableServiceNonPoll to 1 and or EnableServiceNonPollNotify to 1
