Hi everyone!

Great work so far. I've been implementing a parser for SPARQL1.2. During the implementation I found it difficult to find the meaning behind constructions like, for example, the reifier.
I know it ties together with the semantics of the RDF-turtle spec, but discovering that link as a newcomer is hard since there is no link to that spec for example.

We probably need to add a section similar to https://w3c.github.io/rdf-turtle/spec/#reifying-triples into the SPARQL spec.
