At the 2024-12-19 PAT meeting, we had consensus to use a Google Doc for draft notes and then to convert them to markdown. The Google Docs will be created by the Chairs and shared prior to the meetings. Volunteer scribes will take minutes and the participants have some time to review the draft minutes. ~48 hours the meeting, the Chairs will convert the draft minutes to markdown and place them in the appropriate meeting's repo. We would like to confirm this consensus so please let us know if you object to this proposed process by 2025-01-13, and please suggest an alternative if you do object.

I am an IE so cannot vote, but this was what was agreed to - see the minutes - I took the minutes for this part of the meeting so can confirm it.
