Safari 12 requires extension to be in the App Store or Safari extension gallery

When trying to install Minimal Status Bar 1.18 on Safari 12.0, I get a popup telling me Safari no longer supports installing extensions this way and that extensions can only be installed via the App Store or Safari extension gallery.

Could Minimal Status Bar be offered through one of these channels?

Safari 12 has a pretty minimal status bar already. You can activate it under View > Show Status Bar.
