Description

开启keepalive,如果标签页过多,可能造成内存占用过大或卡顿的情况,所以看咱能否添加限制标签页打开数量和为KeepAlive添加max的全局配置

推了个PR，添加了最大标签数限制。

没有去处理限制KeepAlive标签的数量
