Transfer big binary buffer very slow?

I tried to transfer a 1000MB buffer to localhost, but it seems very slow. I want to ask if you try this test before?

the speed is just 8MB/s.

I haven't tried anything even close to that size. I'd be curious how it performs even just with chatterbox http2. There is certainly additional overhead compared to http1 or something even simpler because of dealing with framing, windows and stream queues, but I wouldn't have expected it t be as slow as you are seeing.
