Describe the bug
The Wizard / Stepper in Chrome clips the top of the active step. Setting 1px bigger top margin fixes the issue.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://demos.telerik.com/blazor-ui/wizard/overview
See the clipped active step

Expected behavior
It should not clip the top of the current active step
