Copy backlinks, references and outline to clipboard

It would be nice if we could copy links to the notes in Backlinks and References to the clipboard, to be pasted where we want them. Useful for creating tables of contents/indexess. If the built-in Outline panel could be copied as well, that would be great too!

Outline panel is not under Memo's control, so you could file an issue to vscode repo. About copying backlinks content I think it should be doable and content can be copied as is.

How often do you need this feature?

Right now I would use it constantly as I work to connect thousands of notes in various topical indexed. In the future, I would probably use it periodically.
