Sponsorship tiers for getting and using the homepage on my own website

Hi!

I work for a non-profit organisation, and as we are working with mkdoc material, we would be interested in getting and using the home.html template of https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/ on our own project. We understand this template isn't publicly available due to image rights concerns and is part of Insiders instead.

We have two questions regarding your fair use policy:

1. We would be willing to pay $200 to get and use the home.html template, as it is exactly the kind of template we would like to use (without the images). However, only monthly supports get access to the source code. Would it be okay to buy a monthly subscription and cancel it afterward to use the home.html template? How long should we keep sponsoring otherwise?

2. You ask not to disclose the source code of insiders. As we are publishing our source code publicly, this would mean copying a major part of this home.html file in our codebase (not the images). Would this be okay?

The "ask a question" section in your community tab on https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/ redirects here without any specifications (or mentioning it is only for technical questions), you might want to merge this part of the documentation to it as well.
