instead of having to create the file manually and use curl we should have an init container (or at least a job) that we can run once to configure kafka connect.

We could simply use debezium server instead.
Debezium server is basically kafka connect but only for one connector. It's designed to run as pod

Actualy debezium server is just from DB to kafka and not the other way arround
