[Admin] Sign out is not complete #6

When click 'Log out', You'll be moved to the login window.
But you can access the Administration page again by going backwards.

모바일 브라우저와 PC 브라우저에서의 behaviour가 갈림.

모바일 (Android 13, Edge Beta 119): 뒤로 가기 시 리로딩 없이 로그아웃 이전 페이지(라우트 경로 /)으로 이동됨.
PC (Windows 11, Edge Beta 11x): 뒤로 가기 시 로그아웃 페이지(라우트 경로 /logout)로 이동되고, 로그아웃 페이지의 로직에 따라 다시 로그인 페이지로 이동됨.

PC 환경의 behaviour가 의도한 바와 같음. 해결 방법은 아직 조사 중....
