Notification actions

@Beniox suggested to provide a way to respond to messages from the respective notification.

In addition to that I would like to have a button to mark messages as read from the notification without opening the app.

It would be desirable not to update the online state for notification actions because the user is only responding to a single message and does not have the application in foreground.
