Followed every steps provided in documentation but still it gives the following error while migrating.

I was facing the same error. Based on the settings of your django project, you would have to add the module in your requirements.txt file for the respective environments.
Check if the package is listed in your project's requirements.txt file. If not, you can add it manually by running the following command (while in your project's virtual environment):
